Abstract:
The DSDP (Deep Sea Drilling Project) made it possible to collect numerous data which were essential to research. France is a member of this project, and has most of the data, which are stored at the BNDO (Bureau National des Donnees Oceaniques, or national bureau of oceanic data), comprising the DSDP-IPOD (International Phase of Ocean Drilling) Data Bank. The contents of the data bank are enumerated in this publication, along with representative research reports on files and an overview of the services offered
