A detailed swath bathymetry survey of the B-3 segment of the Australian-Antarctic discordance zone, the Southeast Indian Ridge was conducted. The main objective of the survey was to clarify the on- and off-axis morphology of the unmapped segment and to study the crustal accretion process at the Australian-Antarctic discordance zone. (MTE)
