SEDANO project is aimed at understanding the sedimentation on the continental rise of the Pacific margin of the Antarctic Peninsula. SEDANO II cruise has been dedicated to two main targets: 1) the fulfillment of the site survey requirements for the ODP Leg 178; and 2) the continuation of the study on the depositional environment of sediment drifts.
