Abstract:
These elements present certain related physico-chemical properties, the external electron structure of their ions of degree of present oxidation correspond with those of noble gases. They are Ti, V, Y, Zr and Nb analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry; rare earths, Hf, Ta and Th analyzed by neutron activation.
