The Long-Term Borehole Monitoring System (LTBMS) installed at Site C0002 during IODP Expedition 332 is one of the most ambitious and complex permanent observatories yet installed, and a first for the NanTroSEIZE Complex Drilling Project. This poster will address some of the lessons learned during the LTBMS deployment, and the steps taken to ensure that the deployment was as successful as possible.
