Beall, Arthur O. (1969):
Deep-sea drilling project throws new light on Gulf sedimentation. PennWell, Tulsa, OK, United States, Oil & Gas Journal, 67 (48), 94-97, georefid:1969-035960
Abstract:
The more widely accepted theories concerning the physiography, structure, and sedimentation in the deep water Gulf of Mexico are reviewed in this article. Background for most of this comes from various geophysical measurements, but sediment data, which is described from three core holes drilled by a deep-sea drilling project, are used to extend some interpretations.
